Yes, we’re fully insured. Proof available on request.
Can you clean while I’m out?
Yes — exterior cleans don’t usually need access. If rear access is locked, just let us know.
Do you do first cleans or one-offs?
Yes, we offer first cleans and one-off cleans. Pricing depends on size, access and condition.
What if it rains?
Light rain won’t affect results. In severe weather we’ll reschedule.
Do you clean inside windows?
Yes — interior cleans can be added on request.
How are prices calculated?
Based on window count/type, access and frequency. For a fast quote, send your postcode and photos via WhatsApp.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes — report any issues within 24 hours and we’ll return to put it right.
